I was born in het Drempt, a small village in The Achterhoek. That is where I grew up and lived until I was 19 years old. Afterwards, I lived in Zwolle, Amsterdam, and Arnhem for study and work.

Currently, I live in Zwolle. I love to do sports. I play football in Drempt at HC ’03 together with friends. Besides football, I do fitness, running, and cycling. Doing sports ensures that I feel good, physically, and mentally!
I want people to live healthier and a more vital life. I hope to achieve that the people I help feel better and that as a result, their performances increase!

I coach athletes around nutrition. I want athletes to make healthy choices regarding their food consumption. I help them pick the right fuel for their body with the goal of increased performance!
